I’m fortunate to be surrounded by profusely inspiring and successful professionals – from the clients I work with, to business associates and close friends. Leveling up in their lives – personally and professionally – is their obsession. How do the most successful and inherently fulfilled (super important!) achieve this?

They’re committed to their personal development.

It’s simple. Personal development is career development. Regardless of your unique career or business goals, how you show up in the world – the level of depth, of contribution, the value you add, and the quality of connections you make and the fulfillment you experience – is dependant on the work you do within yourself.

Bankrupt in 2009, Pepe found his life’s purpose and turned his entire life AND business around i.e. now Africa’s most successful privately-owned advertising agency.
Besides being a friend & mentor, Pepe is the Group CCO & founding partner of Joe Public United.
