What am I meant to do with my life?

And other major life questions.

In a previous article titled, Stuck in a rut in your life and need a way out? we look at how living a life of Purpose is the key to change your life and impact others – how your WHY is what brings meaning to your life and not actually your WHAT.

This journey of self-discovery, although seemingly simple, is not easy.

‘What am I meant to do with my life?’ is one the greatest questions we can answer, sooner than later so that we can thrive, but HOW do we figure out and connect with our WHY?

I’ve been asked this by so many people, both in a professional coaching setting and personally, so I created the FREE online course, ‘Living On Purpose For Women’ (applicable to all sexes) to guide you along a few aspects of your ‘Purpose For Impact’ journey.

Let’s look at one of the pillars here – Values

“It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are.” ― Roy Disney

Our beliefs, thoughts, decisions and actions are a direct result of our deepest core values, which make up our Purpose, so when we operate out of alignment with our values, there’s a disconnect in authenticity in how we show up personally, relationally and professionally.

Our values inform our thoughts, words and actions so if you find yourself wondering why you have the knee-jerk reactions you have, look at your values.

I’d like to encourage you to take 5 minutes to consider what is really important to YOU – not the values that you have been conditioned to think are important.

I’m celebrating with you as you take ownership of your life!

Actionable:

NOTE: There’s no right or wrong answer here. We know, from last week’s episode, that your beliefs shape your reality, so answer these questions as honestly as possible.

  • What do you believe / believe in?
  • What do you stand for?
  • What can you start, stop or change to bring alignment?

You deserve to live a life that inspires and fulfills you. It’s time.
