Feeling energized myself, I decided to work from a coffee shop instead of my home office. Writing to you now from Cafe28, overlooking a mashie course in Illovo. The reset that happens when we change our scenery is crucial to boosting mood and altering perspectives. It resets our senses, thinking, and gets us out of rumination and anxious states. It brings new insights, sparks creativity, eases stress, and builds resilience—key ingredients for a joyful life. Changing your environment often triggers creativity and new ways of looking at things.
If you don’t change the way you look at things, the way you look at things won’t change.

So, what does this mean exactly?
When you aren’t open to possibilities beyond what you have defined as real and true, you will continue making choices and taking actions subconsciously, which maintain your repeated reality, patterns, and experiences. If you want something different, you need to create the (mental, emotional, physical) space to invite change.

How do you do this? Here are EIGHT WAYS TO RESET YOUR LIFE.
- Go within. What areas in your life do you want to change, elevate, improve, or manifest? Re-create your life (finances, relationships, passions, fulfillment, career, etc.) during my upcoming PHOENIX (online) workshop.
- Change your physical space. Make small changes like adding a contrasting pop of color with a cushion, plant, or painting.
- Work from a different coffee shop. New places activate parts of the brain that help you wake up and pay attention.
- Increase your visibility at work. Elevate your PERSONAL BRAND (the way you show up in physical appearance, how you communicate etc.) and watch how people start noticing you, which will leading to new conversations and opportunities when you’re more authentically aligned and confident.

5. Expand your media intake. Watch a movie, program, or listen to music outside your norm. This can broaden your opinions, reference points, and perspectives. I’ve recently started listening to trance and house music. At 47, it’s a fun change!
6. Get your Bars run. I have yet to find a modality that helps reset my nervous system and clear my mind like Access Bars. Click here for more info.
7. Re-energize your relationships. Go on adventures and invest in unusual experiences. It’s time to break out of that comfortable rut.
8. Be open to possibilities. Start your day excited for magic and miracles. Whether you ask God, the Universe, your subconscious, or something else.
